After two decades of engagements as a business leader who witnessed and mastered the art of grit, Connie Tang founded Gritty, an experienced executive consulting firm on a mission to help leaders and organizations achieve holistic growth. All in a way that is socially and culturally relevant to the unique communities they serve.

Connie Tang is a fearless business leader who has spent over 25 years guiding global organizations through transformations which have revolutionized their brands, optimized sales and operations, and strengthened teams and cultures. From BeautiControl, Tupperware to JAFRA and, most recently, at Princess House, Connie’s clarity and expertise have empowered thousands of entrepreneurs and corporate teams to flourish.

Her story started in Hong Kong, where she was born to young parents who dreamt of a better life. Shortly after Connie was born, they immigrated to New York City. They settled into an apartment in a predominately Hispanic and African American neighborhood, where Connie quickly learned Spanish, alongside English and Cantonese. She often cites those early experiences as an immigrant and how they have shaped her ability to adapt in foreign environments that require connecting with people of diverse backgrounds. 

Connie is living proof of the American Dream. She’s always taken pride in mentoring executives and entrepreneurs across the globe so they too could realize their personal and professional best. In a more purposeful effort to share her wide range of expertise in transformational business operations, international expansion, and change management strategies, she founded Gritty Executive Consulting. Her mission is simple—empower leaders to achieve transformative growth.
